Why Challengers Community
It all started in 2018 when looking for other driven people we decided to organize a 30 day challenge accountability group. With a bit of struggle, we eventually got a group of 28 people with very various 30 day projects. For the next month people would share their progress, difficulties and solutions to their project.
Once the month was over, people started giving feedback on how it had allowed them to accomplish things they just haven’t been able to do alone. Someone even told she has been thinking of this project for YEARS but haven’t been able to get to it. Only when she joined Challengers did she get the extra nudge she needed to take action.
That is how we discover there is power in the group.
Since then we’ve been organizing more and more accountability groups on a monthly basis. Each month its own set of success story.
Changing career to become a Coach
That person that wasn’t able to start her project for years eventually continued joining our accountability group. She eventually decided to start a new career of coaching. During her training she continued taking an active part in Challengers Community, applying it to her training, to read the massive set of material she had to learn, to stay active.
Building an online business
Another participant wanted to start an online business, but having never done anything close to it, he started teaching himself how to code during a month. About the program
After registration you will receive a group link to join your fellow entrepreneurs. For the next 8 weeks you will be meeting once a week for 1hour to share what you have been focused on, what you have achieved, and what were your struggles.
The first session will be lead by our Challenge Wizard to help create a better connection between the group members. This session can be a bit longer, up to 1h30.
The second session we will introduce our regular schedule and routine for everyone to share and interact.
The remaining sessions will be self lead. A time keeper role will be set so that each participants get to be involved in the group.
