As the New Month Officer, your role is to make sure all the groups and posters are ready and shared in time.
Important!
This role is reserved for those who have already been a Group Guide for at least 3 month.
The role is given for 3 consecutive month and the end of which you MUST find a successor to take over the role for the next 3 month.
You cannot do two 3 month period in a row. And the end of the 3 month you must have found someone from the team to give the responsibility to. You can, however, do the role multiple times as long as it is not consecutive.
Key actions:
- Day 20:
- Call for Group Guides to add their names to the month challenge list
- Ask if people some Group Guides will not continue their challenge on the next month and if they have found a successor.
- Day 25:
- Call for the Group Guides to make their posters > due date on Day 28
- Ask if some Group Guides are willing/capable to help for those who are not able to do their poster
- Day 25-28: Follow up on the poster making
- Day 28: Once all the posters are done and shared in the team group, either share them in the Community groups or ask Pierre to share it (at the date of writing there are 4 community groups)
Don’t forget!
- Day 10 of the 3rd month: Ask in the team for the next New Month Officer & reach out to potential volunteer
- Day 28 of the 3rd month: Announce to the team the New Month Officer successor
